Pre Sale

We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

We ship within 2-5 business days of payment, usually sooner.

A tracking number will be provided right after shipping.

We use a selection of shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, China Post, etc...

We ship to Worldwide destinations; however, some countries are excluded.

NO APO/FPO addresses or P.O Boxes allowed.

You should expect delivery within 3-7 working days for orders made from our oversea warehouse (shipped from the USA, Canada, and the EU).

The estimate for orders shipped from China will change according to your destination country. (10-21 working days to the USA and 7-14 days to most other countries).

Yes, all USABLOCKS products are shipped free of charge with no minimum purchase. However, some countries are excluded. (you can see detailed information on each product page).

Once full payment is received, your package will be delivered to the carrier for preparation and shipping.

We guarantee that the packaging will still be intact and protected.

However, if you want us to ship your order with the box, don't hesitate to contact us.

After Sale

When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number to track your order. 

Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so please be sure to look there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on order in question to see the status. You can also visit here to check it out quickly.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking information can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier.

If it looks like it is not moving, chances are it's on its way!

Oh no! Hopefully, this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

If you find some pieces missed or damaged (due to shipping or manufacturing issues),

do not worry and please contact us ASAP, we will resend them for you immediately for free.
